OddsNavi Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of OddsNavi at oddsnavi.com and any related OddsNavi service.
OddsNavi is operated by Benten Guru Ltd, company number 14478260, whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
By creating an account or using OddsNavi, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use OddsNavi
OddsNavi is intended for people in the United Kingdom who are 18 or over.
By using OddsNavi, you confirm that you are at least 18.
Individual bookmakers may apply their own location, eligibility, age-verification and account requirements.
You must not use OddsNavi to bypass or circumvent GAMSTOP, a bookmaker self-exclusion, or any other gambling restriction that applies to you.
If we reasonably believe an account is being used by someone under 18, we will suspend or close it.
We may also suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these Terms.
2. What OddsNavi does
OddsNavi is an odds comparison and referral service.
You can describe what you are looking for in ordinary language. OddsNavi attempts to identify the relevant sporting event, betting market and selection and compare available odds from selected bookmakers.
OddsNavi is not a bookmaker. We do not accept, place or settle bets, hold gambling funds, determine bookmaker odds or operate a betting account on your behalf.
Any bet you place is made directly with the bookmaker. The betting contract is between you and that bookmaker.
The bookmaker's information and terms govern any bet you place with it. If anything shown by OddsNavi differs from the bookmaker's information when you place the bet, the bookmaker's information takes precedence.
OddsNavi does not provide financial, investment or betting advice and does not guarantee any betting outcome or profit.
3. How OddsNavi interprets your questions
OddsNavi uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to understand questions and produce conversational responses.
Those systems can misunderstand what you mean or identify the wrong event, market, selection or other information.
Bookmaker prices and other betting data displayed through OddsNavi are obtained from structured third-party data rather than being invented by the conversational AI. That does not mean the underlying data is guaranteed to be accurate or current.
Always check the bookmaker's betslip before placing a bet, including the event, market, selection, odds and stake.
4. Odds and "best price"
Odds and markets can change quickly. Information supplied by bookmakers and data providers can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect.
A price shown by OddsNavi is not guaranteed until the bookmaker accepts your bet at that price. A bookmaker may change a price, suspend or withdraw a market, restrict a stake or refuse a bet.
OddsNavi compares selected bookmakers and does not guarantee that every bookmaker, market or available price is included.
When OddsNavi describes a price as the best price, we mean the best eligible quoted price among the bookmakers and quotes included in that comparison at the time the comparison was made.
It does not mean that every bookmaker in the market was checked or that the price will still be available when you place the bet.
Questions or disputes about a bet you have placed must be raised directly with the bookmaker.
5. Bookmakers and affiliate relationships
OddsNavi may receive commission or other remuneration from bookmakers, affiliate networks or other commercial partners when users follow bookmaker links or subsequently take qualifying actions.
These relationships may affect which bookmakers, links or promotions are available through OddsNavi.
They do not change the quoted odds themselves or the ranking by price of eligible quotes included in a best-price comparison.
Individual bookmakers decide whether to accept you as a customer and whether any referral, registration, deposit, bet or other activity qualifies under their own terms.
6. Creator and partner versions
OddsNavi may be available through pages branded for a creator, publisher or other partner.
A partner may receive remuneration connected with users or referrals originating from its version of OddsNavi.
The existence of a partner-branded page does not make that partner a party to any bet you place and does not make OddsNavi or the partner a bookmaker.
Our Privacy Notice explains what information may be provided to a creator or partner.
7. Promotions and offers
OddsNavi may display bookmaker promotions or offers.
Promotions and offers are provided by bookmakers, not by OddsNavi. They may change, expire or be withdrawn, and eligibility may depend on the bookmaker's own rules and your existing relationship with that bookmaker.
Always check the bookmaker's current promotion terms before relying on an offer. The bookmaker decides whether you qualify and its terms govern the promotion.
8. Your account
You need a verified email address to use the authenticated OddsNavi service.
There may be one OddsNavi account for each verified email address.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and take reasonable steps to keep your login details secure.
You must not allow anyone under 18 to use your account.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You may delete your account using the account deletion function available through OddsNavi. Account deletion is treated as closing your account.
Some information may be retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary or required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or legal-claims purposes, as explained in our Privacy Notice.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use OddsNavi unlawfully;
- provide false information about your eligibility to use the service;
- use OddsNavi to circumvent a gambling self-exclusion or restriction;
- interfere with the operation or security of the service;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to OddsNavi or related systems;
- systematically scrape, copy, extract or redistribute data from the service;
- use bots, scripts or other automated access without our permission; or
- reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.
10. Intellectual property
OddsNavi's software, branding, design and original content belong to Benten Guru Ltd or its licensors.
Bookmaker names, trade marks, odds data and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
You may use OddsNavi for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not systematically copy, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit the service without our permission.
11. Availability, suspension and changes
We do not promise that OddsNavi will always be available or free from errors.
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service for business, technical, security, legal or regulatory reasons.
We may suspend or close your account where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where doing so is reasonably necessary for security, legal or regulatory reasons.
12. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for acts or omissions of bookmakers or other third parties, including changes to odds, rejected bets, stake restrictions, account decisions, market settlement or withdrawal of promotions, except to the extent that a loss results from our own breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are also not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or delayed information supplied to us by a third party where we have used reasonable care and skill in providing the service.
OddsNavi is provided for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses arising from its use.
Gambling involves the risk of losing money. You remain responsible for deciding whether to bet and how much to stake.
13. Safer gambling
OddsNavi is for adults only. Gambling should remain affordable and should not be treated as a way to make money.
If gambling is causing concern, support and practical tools are available.

OddsNavi is not connected to your GAMSTOP status or bookmaker self-exclusion records and does not claim to enforce those restrictions technically.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and your rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as OddsNavi, our commercial arrangements or the law changes.
Each version will carry a version number and date.
Where a change materially affects your rights or the service you agreed to use, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention and may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use OddsNavi.
Minor or administrative changes may take effect when the updated Terms are published.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using OddsNavi and may delete your account.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory rights available to you under the law of your part of the United Kingdom and may bring proceedings in your local courts where applicable.
